About Us

The Grant Information, Facilitation, and Training (GIFT) Center is a service of the UA Foundation that offers UA faculty, staff and development personnel support with their non-governmental charitable grantseeking activities.

The GIFT Center provides:

  • Prospect research coordination and proposal preparation assistance that will increase the likelihood of proposals being funded
  • Immediate access to commonly requested and often required UA Foundation proposal attachments
  • A clearinghouse for UA Foundation activities ensuring request coordination and good stewardship with our foundation partners
  • A centralized resource center at the "Swede" Johnson Building (1111 N. Cherry), where faculty/staff grantseekers and development personnel can access philanthropic grant information and services to support unit priorities

The mission of the GIFT Center is to provide access to research, facilitation, training, review, and editing services to support and enhance the priority efforts of UA community members in obtaining foundation and other non-governmental grants.
