Craig Barker is the Senior Vice President of Financial Services. The Financial Services Department is responsible for asset management services and the following Foundation departments: Accounting, Computer Operations, Facilities Management, Fiduciary Compliance/Gift Transactions, Human Resources, Information Services, and Real Estate Services.

Craig joined the Foundation in April 2000 as Associate Vice President, Finance. He was promoted to Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in January 2005, and to his current position in May 2006.

Prior to working at the Foundation, Craig spent 16 years in the Audit and Assurance division of Ernst & Young. Craig was responsible for serving primarily publicly-traded companies and non-profit corporations.

Craig, a certified public accountant licensed in both Texas and Arizona, received a “Top Ten” Award from the Texas State Board of Accountancy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with high distinction from The University of Arizona, where he was also President of the Bobcats Senior Honorary.

Craig has been actively involved in the Tucson Community throughout his career. Craig, past chair of the Board of Directors of 88-Crime, served 10 years as Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Tucson and 2 years as Treasurer of the Coronado Little League.
