How to Make a Gift
You may use your credit card to make a gift securely through uafoundation.org or send a check by mail.

Give online

Make checks payable to 'UA Foundation' and designate the fund the gift goes to in the memo line. Mail checks to:

About the University of Arizona Foundation
The UA Foundation, founded in 1958, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the UA through philanthropy. Our goals are to facilitate connection, demonstrate gratitude and impact, and maximize the power of giving for the UA and its generous donors. Our services include managing the university’s donated assets and processing gifts to the university in accordance with the UA’s guidelines and policies.

UA Financial Policy for Gifts

For Your Taxes
Your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law according to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our tax identification number is 86-6050388. The UA Foundation promptly sends a tax receipt by mail for all gifts of $10 or more.

The UA Gift Charge
The UA applies a one-time administrative charge to new gifts of $1,000 or more. This charge, currently set at 6 percent, goes into the UA development fund, which provides critical support to the UA’s fundraising operations.

The UA Alumni Association connects Wildcats for Life. For the university to maintain its place among the top tier of America’s research institutions, its alumni must have a strong and engaged presence. The UA Alumni Association serves all alumni as their gateway to the UA.
