Known Issues

ISSUE: Phone types are temporarily unavailable in Lynx due to a data enrichment project. Please note that all phone numbers remain in the system, you just may not be able to identify which type of number it is (home, cellular, etc.) until the issue is resolved. We are working to get the types back into the system and will report back once those have returned.

UPDATE: Most phone types have been restored. We will update further when fully resolved.

ISSUE: Staff constituency code may be missing from some records due to a data enrichment project. 

UPDATE: Many invalid phone numbers have been marked as Do Not Call. This should prevent us from reaching out to certain constituents using an old or bad phone number. 
During this update, end dates were removed. This should be considered if attempting to see when a particular phone number was contactable, but we are working to restore the date. 

Please submit a ticket to support.uafoundation.org if you are encountering any challenges with these issues.

Maintenance

Lynx Maintenance

Lynx will undergo regular maintenance every Tuesday from 7 to 10pm. Lynx access may be interrupted during this time. If you have any questions, please reach out through the PAE Service Desk.

Training Environment Maintenance

The Lynx training environment will undergo regular maintenance every Friday from 4pm to midnight. Access may be interrupted during this time. If you have any questions, please reach out through the PAE Service Desk.
